IT Support Narre Warren

SSDL’s Narre Warren office supports businesses across Melbourne’s south-east with managed IT, cyber security and Microsoft 365 support — a named account manager and fast local response, not an overseas call centre.

IT support across Casey and Cardinia

SSDL’s Narre Warren office on Victor Crescent sits in the middle of one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing business corridors. We support organisations across Narre Warren, Berwick, Hallam, Fountain Gate, Cranbourne, Officer, Beaconsfield, Pakenham and the industrial estates around Dandenong South.

Our engineers work across SSDL’s three Melbourne locations and spend most of their week at client sites. If you need someone in person we book it around your schedule - the office is where our team works between visits, not a shopfront you need to come to.

What a managed agreement covers

Day-to-day support for your staff, proactive monitoring and maintenance so fewer things break, patching and endpoint protection, backup management, Microsoft 365 administration, and a named account manager who already knows your environment rather than a queue that starts from scratch every time.

We also handle the larger pieces: office moves and fit-outs, server and cloud migrations, network and wireless design, and hardware procurement at trade pricing.

How quickly we can get onsite

Remote support starts immediately and most issues are resolved in the same session without anyone travelling. For onsite attendance, how fast we arrive depends on your agreement. Managed clients with a service level agreement have a defined response commitment. Ad-hoc and project work is scheduled around those commitments.

Being based in the south-east keeps travel time to Casey and Cardinia sites short, which matters on the days something has to be fixed in person.

What south-east businesses call us about

The mix out here is distinctive. Light industrial, logistics and trades around Hallam and Dandenong South. Professional services, healthcare and community organisations through Berwick and Narre Warren. And a steady flow of businesses that have grown out of an IT arrangement which suited them at five staff and does not at twenty-five.

Common starting points: a server approaching end of support, a Microsoft 365 tenant that was set up quickly and never properly secured, backups nobody has tested, or an insurer asking questions the business cannot answer.

Microsoft 365, cloud and cyber security

Most of our south-east clients run Microsoft 365. We manage licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, along with the identity and security configuration that often gets skipped on the way in - multi-factor authentication, conditional access and endpoint protection.

SSDL is ISO 27001 certified for Information Security Management, so the controls we recommend to you are ones we are independently audited against ourselves.

Common questions

Do you charge extra to travel to Narre Warren or Pakenham?

Travel within our south-east coverage area is included for managed clients. For ad-hoc work we tell you what attendance costs before we come out.

Can you support staff working from home?

Yes. Remote and hybrid staff get the same support as office-based staff, with the same security policy applied to their devices.

We already have someone doing our IT. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. Co-managed arrangements are common - we cover after-hours and leave, provide specialist input on security and cloud, and take on projects an internal team cannot absorb.
